These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through easytropicalfish.co.uk.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

DELIVERY AREA
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only.
Orders placed for non-mainland addresses will be cancelled and subject to a £25 administration fee deducted from any refund.

RISK & DISTANCE SALES
All distance sales of animals, plants, frozen, and perishable goods are made entirely at the buyer’s risk, to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.
We are not liable for:

Courier delays, losses, or damage

Compatibility, illness, aggression, or death after introduction

Appearance, size, or colour expectations

Defrosted frozen goods

Any indirect or consequential loss
Courier claims must be made directly with the courier.
FAULT REPORTING & DAMAGE CLAIMS (NON-LIVESTOCK)

Faults or damage must be reported within 2 hours of recorded delivery.

Clear photo evidence within 2 hours is mandatory.

Late claims may be refused, except where prohibited by UK law.
We are not liable for courier delays.
FAILED DELIVERY / NON-COLLECTION

We may cancel the order without refund and are not liable for deterioration, loss, or livestock death after failed delivery.
Re-delivery or replacement is at our discretion and may require full repayment.

PRICE ERRORS
We may cancel any order at any time due to pricing, description, or stock errors.
Liability is limited strictly to refund of the amount paid only.
