- after brexit we have no possibility to post live animals, plants and frozen food to other countries.
- we deliver internationally all other items including small fish tanks. Please contact us for postage price. Please be aware you will be required to pay custom tax and all other entry fees before we will post your order internationally.
- PLEASE BE AWARE - WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS POSTED TO OTHER COUNTRIES. Once parcel left our premises only buyer is responsible for item.

We doing all we can for fish safety during transport. If for any reason you will receive fish dead, this policy will cover your rights.
If fish arrive dead you are obligated to send us photo documentation or video record of dead fish (in unopened and orignally sealed bag placed on white background). We MUST receive pictures via email or whatsapp maximum in ONE hour after delivery time recorded in tracking.
Please be aware : Wrongly made documentation or documentation delivered to us after required time frame will result in your case being declined. If all documentation is provided correctly and in time we will replace fish. Buyer is responsible to cover packing and postage costs. We do not offer refunds !

- professionally packed (double or triple bags, thermal boxes with heat pack inside - We're the only UK seller who using double boxes for packing when the fish being transported in winter time )
- Please note : we are not responsible for any loss (including financial loss) regarding to delivery delays.
- Only buyer is responsible for making claims to courier company regarding to "not received", "lost", "delayed" or "damaged in transport" items. We are not responsible in any way for items / animals which left our premises (are collected personally or collected by courier company).
RISKS OF BUYING LIFE ANIMALS WITH DISTANCE SALE
We prefer local collection when you can choose fish you like and transport fish safly to your home. If you decide to buy fish with delivery it is ONLY YOUR risk and any claims regarding delivery, delivery delays, fish death, fish look or personal preferences will be always declined. No any exceptions.
PHOTO AND VIDEO
- Photos - shows example fish of the same species - fish you will receive could look different.
- video records shows fish from the same batch or fish we had in the past.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE BE AWARE
- once the animal is received, the customer is responsible for the welfare of that animal.
- buyer need to be available to receive the package at the agreed address and time. There is no possibility to change delivery date and time. If you will miss delivery you will be still charged full order value and you will need collect fish from courier depot.
- fish you will receive could look different to fish on pictures. We sell mostly young fish which are not showing yet adult coloration.
- live animals - before purchase you are obligated to check what living conditions and feeding this particular species need for healthy and happy life. If you are not sure please ask before purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
We will NOT cancel any orders including live animals, live plants or purchased on pre order basis (under any circumstances). Sorry !
RETURNS
- Strictly no returns for animals or plants (live or dead) due to biosecurity.
- All items, excluding animals, plants, frozen products and items sold as "sale" for discounted price or sold on pre order basis, can be returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- Return requests must be in written form, stating the reason for return, and must be sent via email.
- Return requests sent through other channels or / and filled with payments operators will be automatically declined.
- The buyer is solely responsible for covering return postage.
- Please refrain from sending any returned items until requested. Items sent without our clear consent will be destroyed and not refunded. Return requests will be automatically declined for items sent without our clear consent.
- Returns will be accepted only for unused and unopened items. Once the packaging is open, the item becomes non-returnable. Any indication of packaging opening or usage will result in the automatic decline of the return request.
- if item is returned and return request accepted order costs with deducted our postage costs will be refunded in 30 days to original payment methode.
- If a return request is declined, the buyer must collect the item at their own cost within 7 days. After this period, the item will be destroyed.
- We are not payment operator and are not holding any payments details (Specially credit card details). For maximum security of your data all payments on this site are operated by specialistic 3rd party payment operators like Stripe or Paypal.
For all questions and conditions not described in above terms and conditions British law apply.
